WARRANTY POLICY

All of our glasses have a three-year guarantee, for purchases from January 1, 2022. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, it never covers breakage due to misuse or usury. To make use of the guarantee, contact us via email: [email protected]

The client must send us a photo to the email [email protected] with the defect of the glasses to carry out a prior evaluation. We will respond to you as soon as possible, to manage your incident and, if covered by a guarantee, pick up the defective product. Once we receive it, our warranty department will evaluate the product and you will be informed by email about the resolution of the incident and the approximate period in which you will receive the repaired or replacement product. Once the product is repaired, we will send it to your home at no additional cost to you.
