PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Before placing an order, you must read and confirm that you have read these general terms and conditions. By placing an order after reading these conditions, you confirm your agreement with Optimal Optic’s terms and conditions.

Prices are stated inclusive of VAT.

Products are delivered with the manufacturer’s original cases and documentation.

In our online store (https://optimaloptic.com) you may register to place orders, track orders and view and purchase the latest products released by the brands for which we are official distributors. If you have any questions, please quote to use the order number provided at the time of purchase. Your invoice will be included with the product. The acquisition of product from our online store for subsequent sale is prohibited. We only sell to end customers.

SSL SECURE PAYMENT

We use secure payment with buyer verification as provided by your bank. This ensures that the buyer is the owner of the credit card. The following payment methods are available to customers:

PayPal. 

Visa/Mastercard payments.

Bank transfer. Customers choosing this payment method will receive an email containing the information required to make the bank transfer: account number, bank, IBAN/BIC. Orders will not be processed until we have received confirmation of payment by the customer or the bank.

Special Christmas Conditions

To facilitate your Christmas purchases, we extend our return period until January 15th for orders from November 15th to December 31st, 2023. Orders from January 1st, 2023 will have 15 calendar days from the delivery of the good.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All our glasses have a three-year guarantee, for purchases from January 1, 2022. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, never covers breakages due to misuse or wear. To make use of the guarantee, contact us via email or phone.

The client must send us a photo to the email [email protected] with the defect of the glasses for a previous evaluation. We will respond as soon as possible, authorizing you to send us the product. Once we receive it, our warranty department will evaluate the product and you will be informed by email about whether or not the warranty is approved and the approximate period in which you will receive the repaired products. Once the product is repaired, we will send it to your home without additional cost to you.

If there are additional customs fees, the customer must pay them additionally. If we receive a package and ask us for some type of payment it will be rejected and returned to its source.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Faced with the disagreement that may arise in the development of the commercial and contractual relationship, with the aim and purpose of trying to solve and resolve any controversy in a friendly manner, the customer is offered the opportunity to go to the Customer Service department Through the means indicated in these conditions, in order to be able to give extrajudicial satisfaction and avoid any claim or administrative or judicial dispute.

Any transactional controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with the contracts for the purchase of products through the Online Store or with physical stores, will be subject to Spanish legislation, the following laws being applicable to the matter:

  • Law 7/2017, of November 2, by which Directive 2013/11 / EU, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013 is incorporated into the Spanish legal system.
  • Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
  • Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013.
  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
  • Law 32/2003, of November 3, General Telecommunications.
  • Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
  • Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions.
  • Law 7/96, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade.
  • How many legal provisions are applicable.

In the event of a dispute (which could not be repaired due to extrajudicial satisfaction), the Courts or Tribunals that hear the matter will be those provided by the applicable regulations regarding jurisdiction. If you are the consumer, the previous will be at your country.

In the event that the buyer is domiciled outside of Spain, both parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the registered office of the seller, in the Province of Alicante (Spain).
